The Cincinnati Bengals suffered a huge blow to their season in a 33-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Not only did the Bengals lose the game to their division rival, but they also lost QB Andy Dalton in what ESPN is reporting likely a season ending thumb injury. A.J. McCarron stepped in and did an admirable job, but the kid has never started an NFL game before.
The Bengals will clearly need some more depth at QB for what's sure to be another disappointing playoff run. But does it have to be another one and done? Enter the great Tim Tebow. Even though the headline of this article is 'Falsity News' meaning false, does that mean that Tebow working out for the Bengals couldn't become a real headline?
Sure maybe McCarron could follow in the footsteps of Brock Osweiler, but who are you going to back him up with? Ryan Mallet? Jason Campbell? Ryan Leaf? Do any of these names inspire confidence? Of course not, but Tebow does. Let us not forget he won a playoff game against the Steelers. Is there any player you could name on the Bengals currently that's won a playoff game? If there is, I can't name one off the top of my head.
Do you think the Bengals should give Tebow a shot? Vote in the poll below and don't be shy to comment.
